Yum Yum Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size unpeeled potatoes
    basil leaves
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large carton sour cream
    1 c. shredded Colby cheese
    1 c. onions
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    The day before, cook unpeeled potatoes in salted water with basil leaves.
    Drain and refrigerate.
    The next day, peel and shred in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
