No Peek Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    4 stalks celery, chunked
    4 carrots, chunked
    4 potatoes, pared and cut up
    3 large onions, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth or 1 1/2 c. water and 5 bouillon cubes
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    5 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in small roaster or Dutch oven. Cover and bake 4 hours in a 325\u00b0 oven.
