Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. plain flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin, soda, cinnamon and flour.
Grease a cookie sheet and line with wax paper (greased).
Pour batter in pan and sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on linen cloth (not terry).
Dump cake onto towel right from oven.
Remove paper and roll cake along with the towel, jelly roll style.
Let cool 2 hours in refrigerator.
