Chinese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. frozen peas or mixed vegetables (optional)
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Boil water in a small saucepan.
    Add rice.
    Stir and remove from burner. Cover with lid.
    In a medium size skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat.
    Scramble eggs.
    Add onion and frozen vegetables.
    Stir 3 to 4 minutes. Add rice and simmer until water is absorbed.
    Mix soy sauce in 1/4 cup water.
    Add to rice mixture. Simmer until water is absorbed (3 to 5 minutes).
