Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can English peas
1 can French-style green beans
1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 chopped green pepper
1 small jar pimento
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Shake sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and pour over vegetables.
This keeps for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
