Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cans beets
Preparation

In saucepan, put sugar, flour and salt.
Slowly stir in vinegar; add butter.
Cook on medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low.
Add beets and cook until heated through, about 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
