Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 round steaks
    2 green peppers
    2 cans French onion soup
    2 c. ketchup
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Cut round steak in strips and coat in flour, pepper and meat tenderizer.
    In Dutch oven, melt Crisco and brown meat.
    Remove meat.
    Add soup, ketchup, water and green pepper (cut in pieces). Mix together.
    Add meat.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
