One Pan Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin center cut pork chops
    4 medium baking potatoes
    4 large carrots
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 can tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in oil.
    Peel and quarter (lengthwise) potatoes and carrots.
    Put on top of pork chops.
    Add the can of tomato soup, can of water and Worcestershire sauce.
    Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat to simmer. Simmer 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
