Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 1/2 cans chunk pineapple
1/3 c. flour
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Drain pineapple and save juice.
Mix flour and sugar.
Add juice gradually.
Place alternate layers of pineapple chunks and cheese in baking dish (1 1/2 to 1 3/4-quart dish).
Cover with juice mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Good with ham or chicken.
