Ingredients

    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 1/2 tsp. minced seeded jalapeo pepper*
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
    3/4 c. thinly sliced carrots
    3 c. cauliflower florets
    1/2 c. water, divided
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. finely chopped, fresh cilantro (optional)
    Mizuna (optional)
Preparation
    *Jalapeo peppers can sting and irritate the skin; wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch eyes. Wash hands after handling.
