Barbecue Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp mild chili powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp light brown sugar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground red pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Apply to your favorite meat before placing on the grill or in the oven.
