Grilled Yogurt Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 minced clove garlic
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
5 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
8 oz. carton yogurt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, coriander, mustard, pepper, ginger, cloves and hot pepper sauce.
Add chicken, turning to coat.
Marinate in refrigerator about 1 1/2 hours. Reserve marinade.
Place chicken, skin side up, on prepared grill about 8-inches from heat. Grill, turning and basting with marinade every 10 minutes. Cook about 1 hour or until chicken is fork-tender.
Makes 4 servings.
