Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
3/4 c. soft butter
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, well beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook and drain spinach well.
Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Shape into balls 1 1/2-inches or smaller in size.
Freeze.
