Chili Rellenos Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 lb. grated Jack cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 cube margarine, melted
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    2/3 c. chopped Ortega chilies (or more)
    1 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Stir to mix all ingredients, then pour into greased 9 x 13-inch dish and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 40 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serves with tossed green salad and a side dish of Pace picante sauce (the hotter, the better, if you are entertaining me!).
