Cheese Carrots And Parsnips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. grated white Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    fresh parsley
    fresh dill sprigs
Preparation
    Work 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese with 1/2 teaspoon sauce and 1/2 tablespoon onion until it is well mixed.
    For each \"carrot\" measure 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture and squeeze and roll between palms to a carrot-shaped cylinder.
    Poke a sprig of parsley in the top.
    For the \"parsnips\" follow the same procedure using the white Cheddar and poking a dill sprig in the top.
    Chill.
