Low-Fat Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 pinch salt and pepper
Preparation
    Drain liquid from can and save for use later.
    Empty contents of can in small mixing bowl.
    Remove skin or fat.
    Use table fork to break into small pieces.
    Add bread crumbs, beaten egg and liquid saved from can.
    Make into 4 small patties.
    Use Pam in skillet.
    Cook on medium heat about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
