Carrot (Raisin) Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    3 (6 oz.) jars Stage 3 baby carrots
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Cream butter and
    sugar;
    mix
    in all ingredients until blended well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
