Grand Marnier Whipped Cream Truffles - cooking recipe

confectioners sugar (for dusting the foil cups)
12 oz. semi-sweet or bitter-sweet chocolate
1 c. heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. orange liqueur such as Grand Marnier (optional)
tiny white chocolate mint chips with sprinkles for garnish
Preparation

Arrange forty 1 1/2-inch foil candy cups or small paper cups on a baking sheet.
Using a fine sieve or sifter, sift a heavy layer of confectioners sugar into cups.
Have ready a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.
