Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 corn tortillas
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 chicken, cooked and chopped
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    chopped jalapeno
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Soften tortillas in hot oil in skillet.
    Mix cheese, onion and chicken in bowl.
    Spoon onto tortillas; roll to enclose filling. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Blend chicken broth, flour and salt in saucepan.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add jalapeno peppers.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Pour over tortillas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Yields 1 dozen.
