English Pea And Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can small English peas
    2 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    1 small onion, minced
    4 oz. Colby cheese, cubed
    2 kosher dill pickles, minced
    1 small can mushroom stems and pieces
    6 oz. sour cream
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Drain peas and mushrooms.
    In bowl, add all ingredients. Mix well.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
