Mushroom Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
    1/2 lb. or less shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and butter until soft.
    Then add flour, sour cream and onion soup mix.
    Place in buttered dish and spread cheese on top.
    Bake in oven until cheese melts at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with crackers.
