Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or shortening
1 c. sugar (3/4 c. brown sugar and 1/4 c. white)
1 egg
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together.
Drop on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Pat with wet fork.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
