Beef Roll Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. packaged bread crumbs
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Combine meat, salt, pepper, onion, egg and bread crumbs. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid.
    Add mushroom liquid to meat mixture.
    Mix lightly.
