Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 large cans evaporated milk
    1/2 gal. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed until well beaten.
    Add sugar and beat until dissolved.
    Add flavoring and evaporated milk and mix well. Pour into freezer and add milk to the top.
    Mix well and freeze. Makes 6 quarts.
