Oatmeal Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 egg
3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients; stir in oil and egg. Put half of the batter in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Spread ice cream topping on top. Crumble remaining dough over. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
