Ms. Supan'S Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef, pork or chicken
    1/2 head cabbage, finely shredded
    1/4 c. bamboo shoots
    1 lb. bean sprouts
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can snow mushrooms
    1 lb. egg roll skins
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Brown meat until done.
    Add vegetables and beaten egg.
    Stir 3 minutes.
    Add soy sauce.
    Remove from heat.
    Drop by spoonfuls of filling to each egg roll skin.
    Wrap and seal with egg white.
    Deep-fry until golden brown.
