Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick soft oleo
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. ground nuts
    8 oz. Philly cream cheese
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip
    2 pkg. lemon instant pudding (small)
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together oleo, flour and nuts and pat onto bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 8 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Mix together 8 ounces of cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip and pour over first layer.
    Mix together pudding and milk.
    Pour this over second layer.
    Let set and chill.
    Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
