Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 c. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Put popped corn in large roaster.
In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil over medium heat; cook for 5 minutes longer.
Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
Pour over popcorn, stirring and turning.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Spread on waxed paper to cool. Break up and store in an airtight container.
