Ham, Cheese, Egg Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices bread, cubed
    3 c. cooked meat (ham, bacon or sausage)
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    fresh mushrooms (optional)
    8 eggs
    1 qt. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix bread, meat, cheese and mushrooms together and put into 10 x 14-inch oven-proof serving dish.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce and pour over all ingredients. Put in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Silver knife should come out almost dry.
    Serves ten easily.
    Great for company brunch.
