Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 slices white bread
1 c. water
2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 onions, chopped fine
4 Tbsp. sour cream
1 c. dry bread crumbs
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Break bread into small pieces.
Soak in water; squeeze out excess water with your hands.
Add bread and beef and season with salt, pepper and chopped onion.
Mix thoroughly.
Add sour cream and mix well.
