Crispy Chicken Thighs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken thighs (boneless)
    1 ginger
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
Preparation
    Soak thighs overnight in sauce.
    Roll thighs in 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup cornstarch (mixed) and deep fry until golden brown.
