Carrot-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. grated carrots
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Store in the refrigerator.
