Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter-flavored Crisco
    1 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. Quaker's Quick oats (not instant or old fashioned)
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease baking sheet with Crisco.
    Combine butter flavor Crisco, light brown sugar, egg, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed of mixer.
    Combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix into creamed mixture.
    Stir in raisins and walnuts.
    Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
    Bake for 10 more minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool 2 minutes.
    Remove from sheet to cool.
    Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
