Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
    1/4 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well and shape into rolls.
    Put in foil (shiny side next to meat) and refrigerate for 24 hours. Punch holes in foil and place rolls on rack in shallow pan with water under rack.
    Bake 90 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Makes 3 or 4 rolls.
