Mock Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup
    pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    3/4 c. raw rice
    2 cans water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a casserole dish.
    Cook about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
