No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. red vinegar
Preparation
    Melt butter; add sugar and eggs and stir.
    Fold in coconut and vinegar.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
