Pork Chop Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops, dredged in flour
1 bell pepper
1 onion
16 oz. uncooked long grain rice
1 tomato
3 cans beef consomme
Preparation

Brown pork chops on each side and place in a casserole dish. Place a bell pepper ring on top of each chop and an onion ring on top of each pepper.
Pour rice over all, keeping as level as possible.
Put sliced tomato on rice.
Pour consomme over all. Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
