Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 large or 1 small can pitted black olives
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut, then slice top from each pepper.
    Remove all seeds and membranes and rinse.
    Cook peppers in enough boiling water to cover for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
