Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. squash, cut up
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning mix
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion for 5 minutes; drain.
    Mix soup, sour cream and carrots; add squash and onion.
    Melt butter and mix with seasoning and place 1/2 in baking dish with vegetables.
    Place the other 1/2 of seasoning on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
