Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake(Or Earthquake Cake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flake coconut
1 box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened (regular or lite)
1 stick oleo, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Sprinkle with nuts and coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix cake following box directions and pour on top of nuts and coconut.
Mix confectioners sugar and cream cheese together.
Add vanilla flavoring and melted oleo. Pour on top of cake.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool.
