Apple Griddlecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. soft fat
    1 c. coarsely diced, peeled apples
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sift into mixing bowl the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Place milk, egg, soft fat, apples and sugar in blender. Cover container of blender and turn on.
    Run until apples are finely chopped, about 5 seconds.
    Pour blended mixture over sifted flour mixture.
    Stir until barely mixed.
    Bake on hot greased, griddle, using about 2 tablespoons batter per cake.
