Chicken Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 clove garlic, crushed
3 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
juice of 1 1/2 lemons
dash of paprika
Preparation

Blend crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Combine garlic and butter.
Dip chicken in butter mixture; then roll into crumbs, coating thoroughly.
Roll each piece into firm roll; skewer with a toothpick.
Arrange in a baking pan.
Squeeze lemon juice over chicken; drizzle remaining butter over top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Makes 6 servings.
