Party Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. chili sauce
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    8 thick sliced pork chops
    8 onion slices, cut 1/4-inch thick
    8 fresh lemon slices, cut 1/4-inch thick from midsections of 2 unpeeled lemons
Preparation
    Place pork in a single layer in baking pan.
    Place 1 onion slice topped with one lemon slice on center of each chop.
    Blend remaining ingredients; spoon over each chop.
    Cover pan tightly. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until pork is tender. Yield:
    8 servings.
