Quick And Spicy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chunky salsa (mild, medium or hot)
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
juice of 1 lime
3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation

In nonmetal bowl, combine salsa, mustard and lime juice; mix well.
Add chicken and turn to coat evenly with marinade.
Let marinate 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
Turn chicken pieces over; cook about 10 minutes more or until done.
Serve with extra salsa if desired, or slice thinly and serve in warm flour tortillas.
