Fruited Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, not drained
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. small cooked carrots
Preparation

Combine pineapple juice, sugar, margarine and cornstarch in medium saucepan.
Cook until clear and thick stirring constantly. Add pineapple chunks and carrots.
Heat and serve.
