Pecan Dainties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, beaten stiffly
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Add brown sugar to beaten egg white; beat until thoroughly mixed.
    Add pecan halves and coat well.
    Drop each half onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 until brown and crusty, about 35 minutes.
