Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. salsa
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 small cans enchilada sauce
    10 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, salsa, sour cream and 2 cups of cheese in pan.
    Spoon mixture into tortillas and roll them up.
    Place tortillas in an oblong baking pan, pour enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes (until cheese is good and melted).
