Rosettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    about 3/4 pot full of cooking oil (depending on size of pot)*
Preparation
    *Can be done with 3/4 can of Crisco, melted down.
