Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon (red or pink)
1 c. potato chips, crushed
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. green onion, minced
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except butter.
Make into patties and then brush with butter.
Place on cookie sheet.
Broil 3 inches from flame with oven door open for about 6 to 10 minutes. Watch carefully for they brown quickly.
It is not necessary to turn.
Yields 6 depending on size of patties.
