Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped
    2 or 3 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 10 oz. frozen peas
    1 2 1/2 lb. chicken
    1 c. noodles (more if wanted)
    chichen broth, as much as wanted
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock pot, except noodles. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or in pan until vegetables are soft. Cut chicken before adding. Take out bones.
    Add noodles. Cook until tender.
    Makes good leftovers.
